Elizabeth Marlow  Congratulations Elizabeth! I'm so proud of you for keeping up your consistent practice. I remember when you first came and you said you struggled so much to get past 20 days and now look at you. Amazing amazing 😍

While Ajña is the primary seat of intuition, there are aspects of intuition in each of the Chakras.

Each of the 6 Chakras manifests across 5 subtle bodies. And one of these bodies, known as jñanamayakosha, is the "psychic body". (you will learn more about this in June 😘)

You can think of this like a field of intuition, or higher mind, that exists in each of the Chakras. So yes, there is a "gut feeling" in Manipura, there is a "smell of danger" in Muladhara, a sense of "chemistry" or "magnetism" in Svadhistana, "following the heart" in Anahata, something "ringing true" in Vishuddha. All of these idioms and pointing towards the psychic intuition inherent in each of the Chakras.

I hope you have had a beautiful trip in Montana visiting your aunt 💞

That's totally okay! Starting at 3min is a bit intense. In retrospect, maybe I should have started with 1 min. Anyways, thank God you know how to take care of yourself during the practice. That takes a lot of the worry off of me 😘💞

That's amazing Elizabeth. I'm so happy to hear this from you! And I can totally resonate with this feeling of fear in the face of higher level of consciousness or a higher guidance.

In Tantra, one of the names for Shiva, pure consciousness, is "Bhairava", which translates to "terrifying one". This alludes to the idea, or more the experience, of going to states of consciousness beyond the mind, being scary. We're so used to being grounded in, or attached to, our physical reality that when we start to experience the more subtle aspects of life, the more subtle vibrations of expanding consciousness it can be terrifying. However, the more we can go into these states, the more we can connect with higher consciousness, the more we will find the true Bliss that comes from Being itself.
