Hello,I have a question. If you start practicing Kundalini,it's better to start with exercises for the lower chakras? Especially if you're going through difficult times and with a busy head? Working on the higher chakras could make it worse then,so I heard. Or is this incorrect?

Hi Andrew, you mentioned while menstruating it's better not to do exercises for manipura chakra. Which exercises are better then?
