Another thing I like about holding poses longer is that its super good for practising to keep your focus here and now also in classes with more movement and change. I still have to work on staying present while practising and like this I feel I get used to lock my attention inward. Thank you!

I loved this class! Especially the part with the hammer! ❤️ If I do more classes of you guys after each other, you would still say I should do shavasana after all of them to settle the energy of each particular class? Or I can do it just ones to finish my practise?

Liked it a lot! I'm still struggeling with feeling sensations in the chakras but staying focused on it for so long really makes me feel something after. Felt really nice and warm in the area. And then this is a super nice reward and motivation to keep on going and shows me that the pose and my mind are doing theire job right. Thank you! Would be happy for more peaks like this! 🙂🙏

The second time I did this class. One of my favourites for sure! The god and me part feels really powerful. I could see myself after as the tiniest thing lying right in the middle of the ball of creation. But still part of the ball not sepperated. And then I feel save because this ball surrounds me. Its my house so Im protected.
