hi , I signed up to your site today and am very happy as followed Andrew since 2020 and lately also enjoyed Clelia practices …..I really enjoy kundalini yoga the most ….i have been doing yoga from 16 years of age and also at that stage was the first young student to start with TM meditation …after having a diagnosis of osteoporosis especially in hips ,back and neck 10 years ago I decided 4 years ago to become a yoga teacher to learn all kinds of yoga to BE IN THE BODY as with my work I was mostly outside my physical body and not grounded at all ……now I feel I have become so much stronger and am not scared anymore of getting old ….i am this year 69 years old …..
