Hi, I feel so tired and I don't feel very well for the moment. Can I do all kind of exercises or is it better to do more quite?

Hi just wanted to say almost every time I sit with my legs crossed for longer then 5 minutes my feet keep falling asleep its most annoying whenย meditating do you have any tips that can help with that. sorry be a pain just thought Id ask.๐Ÿคย

I just paid for the one year membership through the website. I then went to YouTube on my TV to join and it directs me to go on my phone or computer to set it up. I then follow the link from the Refeel Yoga web page to Refeel Yoga YouTube page and when I select join it's asking me to pay more money. Do I need to pay a separate fee to use YouTube? If so I would like to cancel the one year membership and only pay for the YouTube membership.

Dear Refeel Yogis,

In my latest class, "A Complete Full Body & Mind Yoga Session", I went a bit crazy and ended up recording a 2 hour class ๐Ÿ˜‚

It includes a bit of everything: Kundalini Warms Ups, Surya Namaskar, Vinyasa, Long Form Asana, Pranayama and Music Meditation.

I enjoyed putting this class together, and even went a bit out of my comfort zone by including some Vinyasa styles practices in the middle. But I'm curious to know what do you think?

Is 2 hours too long? I realize that for many people, finding a 2 hour window of free time can be challenging. Is there anyone here who really appreciates these extended classes?

Let me know! I will be interested to hear any of your feedback ๐Ÿ’

Hello sweet souls๐Ÿ’— I just joined this community after starting the 30 day challenge on Youtube. I got to day 7 and I felt the pull to continue this beautiful journey together. I will continue the 30 day Kundalini Beginnings here. Is this the best place to start? And should i continue with this 30 work until i decide to move on to others, or does it matter. WE'RE BACK!! ๐Ÿฅณ

We've just come home to Bangkok after hosting two, week-long retreats on Koh Phangan, the island where we used to live.

It was a beautiful experience and was a big surprise for both of us!

We were asked, by a good friend of ours, if we would be willing to put on a Yoga retreat for him and the guests of his travel company. He runs a company that host trips around Thailand and other destinations, mostly for retired Canadians. We happily agreed, because we have already been designing a retreat for Koh Phangan and this way we could get to give it a try, without the hassle and risk of booking accommodation, transportation, marketing, etc. Basically, for this one we just show up and do our thing, teach about the Chakras ๐Ÿ’

We were shocked and super impressed to find out that the average age of the participants was about 70 years!

And oh my goodness did these ladies do AMAZING! Wow! They were super open and receptive, excited to learn about Yoga and the Chakras - most of these girls had never even done Yoga! ๐Ÿคฃ We cried together many times, laughed like crazy, hugged every day, got into beautiful discussions about emotions, fear, grief, love and acceptance, all while going on beautiful adventures all over this tropical island paradise that we used to call home. It was such a huge blessing!

(the whole time I was thinking how incredible it would be if my mom or grandmother could do something like this)

These last two weeks really assured me that life is a never ending journey of learning and growth. And to be able to sit in a circle and share spiritual teachings with women twice my age and then some - I feel like some unknown dream has come true.

Thank you to all the beautiful ladies to joined us on this journey, dropped their masks and opened their hearts. It was a truly fulfilling experience ๐Ÿ’

AND! I'm very happy to say that this trial run was a huge success so it is highly likely that we will be hosting our own Yoga Retreat in Thailand in the future, maybe 2025 or 2026...

If you are eager to join us for a transformational retreat sooner than that, we still have a few space in our upcoming INNER ALCHEMY RETREAT in Italy this September. We would very much love to be able to share this beautiful journey with you too ๐Ÿ’ž

When I am lying flat on my back, my lower back arches up slightly so I am unable to have it flush with the mat.ย  I use your modified poses but wondering if there are any specific practices that could help with this?ย  Or if it's just how my body is made.ย  Thank you :)

Hello everyone! I've been following along on youtube for a year or so and I love the practice. And now I've finally joined here so I can enjoy the longer classes! I'm really excited about the basic human capacity since it was one of the first classes I tried on youtube. I tried level 1 today and I really enjoyed it... How often should one do that class? Everyday until I feel comfortable to try Level 2? Or two-three times a week? Or should I continue building up to it with the 30 day challenge? Any advice would help!
